A Kickboxing Club at Bernard's ION Health and Fitness, Castletownbere, Beara, West Cork.
Bernard runs a kickboxing club in Castletownbere where children of all ages learn kickboxing, new skills, and above all have great fun. The club recently won over 20 medals. Well done to Bernard, his son Oisín and Sean who all help train the children.
