Paddy Conaghan is an 82 year old from Co. Donegal and is swimming at every Irish beach and port in Ireland. He is fundraising for mental health charities and the RNLI

Paddy arrived in Beara today and his first swim was at Sandmount and he was joined by Denise O Sullivan and Karolina Spencer for his swim.
Well done to all who took part I must say I admire your all for doing the swim. I was actually frozen looking at you
