The Cruise ship Sylvia Earle in Castletownbere, Beara, West Cork.
It was lovely to see a great crowd and a buzz around town today when the Cruise ship Sylvia Earle docked just outside the breakwater. I had just arrived from the Adrigole first communion on time to catch the last of the wonderful display of Irish dancing by members of Scoil Rince Carney. Well done to the dancers and Hanna for such a wonderful display!!
Congratulations to Beara Tourism for their hard work getting the Cruise Ship into Castletownbere. To John Murphy and Jim O Sullivan a very well done.
