What started as a throw away comment a few months ago lead to three people, two brave ladies and one brave man deciding to organise a fundraising head shave for charity.
Martin who shaves his head every week ( I know some are surprised by this, he actually has hair but chooses not to) has been letting his hair grow since September 1st.
Christina O Shea and Carmel Lehane who both have/had lovely long hair. They took the brave step of not just cutting but to shave their head!
They chose to fundraise for Cancer Connect, Make-A-Wish Ireland, Pieta . All funds raised here will go directly to this great causes.

At 10pm last night hairdresser Lisa O Driscoll began the head shave, Carmel was first up, followed by Christina and last but not least Martin. Here are some pictures of the event.
