Castletownbere Annual Corpus Christi Procession

The Castletownbere Annual Corpus Christi Procession took place today. This event is a Catholic celebration held annually to honor the Eucharist.

During the procession, which followed the Mass, the Blessed Sacrament, consecrated during the service, was carried through the town in a monstrance by members of the church community.

It was delightful to see all the first communion girls and boys participate, accompanied by the choir, their parents, and members of the community.
